Shipping policy

1. Pilbara Diamonds offers delivery on all online orders within Australia. We do not deliver outside Australia.
2. We can deliver items locally in Karratha on the same business day, please phone to confirm or if it’s urgent.
3. We offer delivery to most local business’s, Camps, surrounding towns and mine site. Costs will be advised.
4. A representative will always contact you prior to dispatch of your item/s to confirm the exact details of delivery and any special instructions or requests you may have.
5. All items will be photographed before dispatch.
6. All items will be gift wrapped.
7. After dispatch, you will receive an email (to the email address supplied by you) confirming the exact details of your purchase and the parcel tracking reference.
8. All shipments are fully insured.
9. Unless prior written agreement is made, a person's (aged 18 years or older) signature is required upon delivery.
10. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
11. For security reasons we do not dispatch couriers on Fridays or the day before Public Holidays.
