SALES & RETURN POLICY

All transactions done on PilbaraDiamonds.com.au are done via Shopify payments. Shopify's platform covers all six PCI standard categories (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI DSS) designed to:

  • Protect cardholder data
  • Maintain a vulnerability management
program
  • Implement strong access control
measures
  • Regularly monitor and test networks
  • Maintain an information security policy
Pilbara Diamonds does not accept an exchange or refund on an online purchase or custom-made design due to change of mind.
We will accept returns if there is evidence an item was faulty or damaged when purchased and has not been worn or used.
All returns and exchanges will be inspected and photographed by Pilbara Diamonds and a written evaluation will be supplied.
